This notice describes the current staging website. It is not a production privacy policy, and real personal or client information should not be submitted.
The form accepts a name, email, service selection and project description. Please use fictional names and an example.test email address. The form has no file upload and should not contain credentials or private client material.
The local development server holds submissions temporarily in memory. The Cloudflare staging form stores test inquiries in a D1 database for the private owner inbox. The public site has no endpoint for reading inquiries.
The staging endpoint applies validation and rate limiting. It uses a keyed hash of the request IP for rate-limit tracking rather than storing the raw IP in its rate-limit table. Cloudflare may separately process connection information as the hosting provider.
A production contact address, retention and deletion process, privacy notice and end-to-end delivery checks must be finalized before real inquiries are enabled. Do not use the staging form for privacy requests or time-sensitive communications.
